$35 Credit / Background per Adult & $45 Lease Prep Fee payable at Lease Signing.

We process your application within 24 hours and update you on the results.

Renting Criteria Sheet Available Upon Request

Sign Contract to Lease (we provide) & supply deposit $500 towards your security deposit.

Receive copy of lease for your review subject to landlord approval. Obtain Utility Phone Number Sheet

Complete property 'Walk-Thru", complete security deposit & 1st & last month rent.

• Pictures of Property Taken For Advertising and Inventory Documents
• Provide You With An Attorney Prepared Lease and Lease Payments
• Make a Final Inspection and Inventory Check of Property at conclusion of Lease
• Manage Tenant Relations
